Amex Offers. American Express regularly has offers that give you discounts. There are regular offers for additional points or cash back from Amazon.com and Staples purchases. Regularly log into your Amex account and check out the various offers that are there. We’ve once took advantage of two Staples offers where we got 10% back and a bonus 3000 Amex points. They do stack!! :) The Staples offers usually show up on our Amex Blue Business Plus Credit Card. Chase Freedom. Chase Freedom has quarterly bonuses that will give you 5% back in points (which can be worth 7.5% in travel rewards if you have a Chase Sapphire Reserved Card). In the next quarter (July-September 2020), you will get 5% back on Amazon purchases! And you can buy gift cards too!!!
Current Staples Offer
There’s currently a Staples offer on our Amex blue business card to receive 10% back for all purchases up to $50 back. That means if you spend $500, you’ll get $50 back! Note, you can buy any gift cards from Staples as well! We like to buy either Grubhub or Uber gift cards to save money. Below is a quick analysis of how much you’ll save because don’t forget, you also get 2 points per $1 on this card!
